研究领域

Exo70是胞外分泌复合体(exocyst)的关键亚基,参与囊泡与质膜的栓系、锚定和融合过程。Exo70在肿瘤发生发展过程中发挥重要的作用,但其作用机制目前尚不清楚。对Exo70在细胞外泌、自噬、侵袭和迁移等过程中的作用及相关分子机制的研究,将有助于探索肿瘤的发生及发展机制,并进一步指导靶向性抗肿瘤药物的筛选和开发。

学习经历:

2000~2004 厦门大学生命科学学院生物科学专业理学学士;

2004~2010 厦门大学生命科学学院细胞生物学专业理学博士。

工作经历:

2011~2013 厦门大学附属第一医院博士后;

2013~至今厦门大学医学院副教授。
