研究领域

多能干细胞可分化为机体各种细胞类型,在再生医学领域进行细胞替代治疗以及组织/器官再生具有巨大潜能。本课题组致力于多能干细胞向心肌和骨骼肌分化的生物学基础与临床应用的研究。通过确定各类信号分子对其定向分化调控机理,探究分化早期发生的调控规律,为临床细胞移植应用提供新途径和理论依据。


1. PSC诱导分化心肌细胞体外筛选、鉴定、标记和增殖。

2. ESC诱导心肌细胞分化为体外模型结合模式动物研究与心脏发育及先心病相关的基因及机制。

3. RNA 结合蛋白在干细胞分化及心脏和骨骼肌发育中的转录后调控机制。

4 心肌病发生的分子机制:以干细胞分化为研究模型发现、鉴定致病新基因.

5. 制备病人特异性iPS体外细胞模型,研究相关疾病发生机制和药物筛选。

6. 干细胞联合纳米技术、新材料在生物医学的应用。
