主要研究领域:

主要研究领域为神经电生理学。本实验室通过离体,在体以及光遗传学等神经电生理学手段,结合分子生物学和行为学方法探究神经退行性疾病的认知和学习记忆受损的内在机制,尤其是阿尔茨海默症早期各种神经环路的变化,其中包括突触可塑性的变化以及相关蛋白和受体功能的改变。这些研究成果将为神经退行性疾病的治疗提供新的理论指导。
