主要研究领域或学术成绩:

课题组主要从事神经退行性疾病的分子病理机制研究,目前的主要研究方向为:1)利用组织特异性敲除或转基因表达不同的APP蛋白区段,阐明APP在神经突触传递和突触功能异常中的作用机制;2)研究星型胶质细胞,以及神经元-胶质细胞相互作用在AD病理进程中的作用;3)开发以胞内自噬和溶酶体降解通路为靶点,特异性作用于Tau蛋白及其形成的神经纤维缠结的AD治疗手段。
