JAYA SRI SOMAROUTH，印度籍，学号24620172205092，未经批准连续两周未参加学校规定的教学活动，且超过学校规定期限未注册而又未履行暂缓注册手续。依据《厦门大学本科生学籍管理规定》第六章第三十四条，学院拟报送学校作退学处理。

如你对拟退学处理有异议，可以公告之日起5个工作日内（5月25日-5月29日）向学院提出书面陈述、申辩，逾期视为你放弃权利。如没有异议，或者陈述、申辩的理由不成立，学院将报送学校作退学处理。

PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT OF PROPOSED DEREGISTRATION FOR JAYA SRI SOMAROUTHU FROM MBBS PROGRAM

To: JAYA SRI SOMAROUTHU

Due to our inability to contact you directly, this Public Announcement serves as official delivery of the "Notice of Proposed Deregistration for Xiamen University Undergraduate Student."

JAYA SRI SOMAROUTHU (Indian, Student ID: 24620172205092) has been absent from scheduled academic activities for two consecutive weeks without approval and failed to register within the stipulated timeframe without applying for deferred registration.In accordance with Article 34, Chapter 6 of the "Xiamen University Undergraduate Academic Affairs Regulations," the School proposes to recommend your deregistration to the University.

If you have any objections to this proposed deregistration, you are entitled to submit a written statement and defense to the School within 5 working days from the date of this public announcement (May 25–May 29, 2026). Failure to respond within this period will be deemed as a waiver of your right to appeal. Should you submit an appeal that is found to be without merit, the School will proceed to recommend your deregistration to the University.
