研究领域

本课题组利用基因修饰、多组学分析、结构生物学、先进成像技术等前沿技术研究手段,与医院紧密合作,结合临床资源和多种动物模型,聚焦神经退行性疾病的致病机理研究及其靶向治疗的基础与转化研究。近5年来以第一作者在Nature Cell Biology, Science Translational Medicine, Biological Psychiatry 等期刊发表研究论文多篇。

具体研究方向主要有以下几个方向:

(1)泛素连接酶在神经退行性疾病中的作用机制;

(2)免疫调节异常在神经退行性疾病中的作用机理;

(3)代谢异常在神经退行性疾病中的作用机制。
