研究领域

主要开展表观遗传学研究,研究聚焦细胞表型调控及疾病相关的染色质组蛋白密码重塑机制,筛选并鉴定关键的组蛋白修饰酶及其生物学功能。证明了menin等表观调控因子生物学功能及表观遗传学特性的多样性及重要性,深入揭示了多种表观遗传机制协同促进肿瘤的新型发病机制。

主持国家自然科学基金重大专项、面上项目等10余项科学基金,发表SCI论文40余篇,其中包括在Cell Reports、Nature Communications、PNAS、J Hepatol、Oncogene、J Biol Chem等权威SCI刊物发表20余篇通讯作者论文,申请专利7项。入选福建省B类高层次人才、福建省杰出青年、“新世纪百千万人才工程”福建省级人选、福建省百千万领军人才、福建省高等学校新世纪优秀人才支持计划,担任Cancer ResJ pathologyJ Endocrinology等多个SCI杂志审稿人。
