研究领域

主要从事肿瘤核受体信号转导及靶向药物研发工作。围绕核受体及其下游分子在肿瘤生长转移过程中的作用、调控机制和信号网络开展系列研究,重点集中在转录调控、生物大分子互作以及蛋白翻译后修饰的功能调控,与临床紧密结合并研发相关靶向药物。近年来以第一/通讯作者(含共同)在Nature Chemical BiologyNature CommunicationsCell ReportsCancer ResearchMolecular CancerSCI杂志发表论文19篇。作为主要参与者(排名第三)获2012年度福建省自然科学奖一等奖。主持国家自然科学基金4项、福建省科技项目5项(含福建省杰出青年基金)以及厦门市科技项目2项。
