研究领域
病毒性肺炎,尤其新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)的全球爆发,对公共卫生和医疗系统造成了深远影响。本课题组长期致力于病毒性肺损伤的修复机制及新型治疗策略研究,依托厦门大学附属医院的临床资源,结合多能干细胞(iPSCs)定向分化、类器官培养、CRISPR-Cas9基因编辑、单细胞转录组/高通量转录组学分析、高分辨率显微成像及疾病动物模型等前沿技术,深入探究呼吸系统疾病的发病机制、组织修复过程及靶向干预策略。近年来,课题组负责人以第一作者(含共同)和通讯作者(含共同)身份在Science Translational Medicine、Science Advances、Nature Nanotechnology、Nature Communications、PNAS等国际高水平期刊发表多篇研究论文。
主要研究方向包括:
1. 肺血管内皮细胞再生机制及其在肺功能恢复中的作用;
2. 免疫微环境介导的调控肺再生修复的分子机制;
3. 肺再生修复关键靶点的筛选及新型治疗策略开发。
