实验室介绍:
主要关注早期妊娠过程中子宫内膜蜕膜化、分娩启动及其异常的分子机制。妊娠是一个复杂的、受多维因素精确调控的过程,在胚胎与母体子宫相互作用过程中仍存在很多悬而未决的谜团,如何从不同的方向和维度来厘清这一过程是现在所面临的艰巨挑战,本课题组以生物信息为主要手段,利用空间转录组Stereo-Seq、scRNA-Seq、scATAC-Seq、RNA-Seq、Cut&Tag等前沿技术,结合多种转基因动物模型挖掘上述生理过程中的分子调控机制。现主持和参与国家自然科学基金重点项目、优秀青年基金、面上项目和国家重点研发计划,相关研究成果发表于J Clin Invest、Nat Communications、PNAS、Elife、Cell Reports、Cell Death Diff等杂志。
