研究领域

课题组围绕神经退行性疾病的发生发展机制开展研究,重点聚焦生物分子凝聚体及RNA稳态失调在神经系统病理过程中的作用。综合运用组学分析、CRISPR-Cas9功能筛选、高分辨率显微成像等前沿技术,结合人源多能干细胞模型、疾病动物模型与临床样本资源,从分子、细胞到体水平系统解析关键致病机制,并探索潜在干预靶点与治疗策略。相关成果发表于NeuronCell ResearchAdvanced ScienceCell Death & Differentiation等杂志。主要研究方向

1.神经退行性疾病中生物分子凝聚体稳态失调的分子机制及其靶向干预策略;

2.脑衰老及阿尔茨海默病相关RNA表征及其调控机制;

3.RNA结合蛋白在神经系统疾病发生发展中的功能与作用机制。
