研究领域

长期从事环境毒理与健康研究,围绕阐明人工纳米材料暴露诱导的毒性效应和机制的科学问题,利用计算机预测、细胞高通量筛选、类器官、斑马鱼和哺乳动物毒性效应筛查研究手段,探明了典型纳米材料毒性的影响因素及其机理,深入研究发现了典型纳米材料毒性效应的新机制,并取得了一系列成果:以第一或通讯作者(均含共同)Adv SciNano TodaySmallSmall MethodsEnviron Sci TechJ Hazard MaterTheranosticsArch ToxicolCell Death DisJ Biol Chem等杂志发表SCI论文40余篇。以第一发明人申请国家专利3项。

主持国家自然科学基金青年基金1项、面上项目2项,财政部中央本级重大增减支项目子课题1项,省级基金项目3项等;参与国家重点研发计划项目1项。主要开展以下三方面研究工作:

1. 利用环境分析化学、环境流行病学手段,探明纳米颗粒等环境污染物环境和人体负荷,探索其与生殖、发育、代谢疾病等不良健康结局的关联。

2. 通过构建的计算机预测、细胞、类器官、转基因和基因敲除斑马鱼、小鼠等动物等毒性评价体系,开展纳米颗粒等环境污染物的健康风险与毒性效应、毒理机制研究。

3. 针对环境污染物诱发的生殖、发育、代谢疾病等不良健康结局,采用天然产物、中药活性成分、纳米药物等进行预防和干预,探索减轻环境污染健康风险的干预策略和方法。
