研究领域

本课题组致力于开发新型精准的遗传编码光学工具,推动“系统、定量、在体、动态”的细胞生物学研究新范式,在Nature Methods、Cell Discovery、Nature Communications等期刊发表系列研究论文。课题组综合利用遗传编码荧光探针、光遗传学及基因编辑技术,以斑马鱼和小鼠为研究对象,系统解析在体单细胞的动态变化及其在生理功能和疾病发生发展中的作用,并探索新型基因治疗策略。主要研究方向:

1.细胞动态示踪:开发遗传编码荧光探针,在体实时追踪细胞动态,解析其生理和病理作用。

2.单细胞精准操控:开发光遗传学技术,在体精确调控基因表达、蛋白活性和细胞行为。

3.高效转基因技术:设计“一步法”转基因系统,快速建立转基因和遗传病动物模型。

4.基因治疗:研发新型基因递送工具,探索杜氏肌营养不良等罕见病的创新治疗策略。
