研究领域

本课题组重点关注子宫内膜发育、周期性重塑和妊娠期蜕膜化的生理病理机制。利用转基因、组织特异性基因敲除小鼠模型和体外子宫细胞、类器官培养,结合多组学分析和生化分子技术,致力于:1)阐明子宫各类细胞命运决定和发育的分子调控机制;2)揭示子宫内膜周期性重塑和妊娠期蜕膜化的时空图谱和信号网络。近期在Nature CommunicationsCell ReportsCell Death & Differentiation等国际学术期刊上发表系列研究论文。
