研究领域
课题组立足临床需求,系统开展哺乳动物器官发育调控机制解析与体内外器官构建研究。研究以发育生物学为理论核心,融合表观遗传调控、基因编辑、干细胞生物学及生物工程等交叉技术,聚焦重要器官发育规律、疾病致病机制与组织再生重建的关键科学问题,致力于构建从基础机制解析到临床转化应用的完整研究体系。重点围绕心脏等重要器官,系统研究器官发育过程中的细胞命运决定、形态建成、功能成熟及其调控网络;解析发育异常与器官疾病发生的分子基础,开发相应干预与治疗策略;探索器官体外构建及异种器官构建的新策略;推动相关研究向疾病模型构建、药物开发、再生医学与器官替代治疗转化。相关研究成果以通讯作者或第一作者(含共同)发表于 Cell、Science、Nature Genetics、Cell Stem Cell 等期刊。
